Financial Assistance

We want cost to be less of a barrier to understanding your prostate MRI. ‍
If the cost of a DeepView Imaging analysis would create a financial hardship, you can apply for Financial Assistance. Approved applicants may receive up to $100 USD toward their first analysis.

Our customer service team reviews each request, typically within one business day. No supporting documents are required up front.

As with every DeepView analysis, you are only charged if your study processes successfully.

Who is Financial Assistance for?

It is for patients for whom the cost of an analysis would be a real financial strain. It is a needs-based program, so each request is reviewed individually and approval is not automatic.

How much assistance is available?

Approved applicants may receive up to $100 USD toward their first DeepView Imaging analysis. Assistance applies to one analysis per patient.

How do I apply?

1. Register or log in to your account.
2. Start a new request and complete the steps up to Payment (step 6).
3. On the Payment step, select "Learn more and apply" and complete the short form. The application takes just two to three minutes.
4. Wait for our email decision before authorizing payment.

Do I need to send financial documents?

No documents are needed up front. In some cases our team may follow up with a question before making a decision.

How long does a decision take?

Our customer service team typically replies by email within one business day. You'll also see the status on your dashboard.

What happens if I'm approved?

The reduced price is applied to your account automatically. There is no code to enter. You then return to the Payment step to complete your request.

What happens if I'm declined?

If your application is declined and your situation has changed, or there's information we didn't have, you can reply to our email once and ask us to reconsider.

What if I decide not to wait?

You can choose to proceed at the standard price at any time. Doing so withdraws your assistance request.

Will I be charged if my study can't be processed?

No. As with every DeepView analysis, you are only charged if your study processes successfully.

Who can I contact with questions?

Our customer service team is happy to help at: customerservice@deepviewimaging.com.

Already had a prostate MRI?

Your prostate MRI deserves a second look.

Prostate MRIs are among the most complex medical images to interpret, and studies show significant variability between readers. Research published in the American Journal of Roentgenology found that initial and second-opinion reports disagreed in 30% of cases—and in 86% of those disagreements, the second opinion was proven correct by surgical pathology.

Your MRI may contain subtle findings—small lesions, borderline scores, or areas that warrant closer review—that benefit from a second look. A focused re-analysis can confirm findings, clarify ambiguous areas, and give you greater confidence before making treatment decisions.

Second opinions are standard in cancer care. They're not about questioning your doctor—they're about ensuring your decisions are based on the most complete picture possible

DeepView Imaging offers an AI-supported second review of your existing prostate MRI using FDA-cleared ProstatID™. Upload your original DICOM images and receive a software-generated PDF report and colorized overlays that you can download and discuss with your physician. No referral or new scan is required. Works with both contrast and non-contrast MRIs of the prostate. Results are typically available within 30 minutes.

An Additional Perspective
A second review can help validate findings and clarify subtle areas of concern before biopsy or treatment decisions are made.
Better Understand Your Risk
Not all prostate cancers behave the same way. A deeper analysis can help distinguish between low-risk and more significant disease.
Decide with Greater Confidence
Major decisions deserve complete information. A second look can provide reassurance and strengthen conversations with your care team.
